Persian rugs: the origin of the oriental carpet
Persian rugs are recognized worldwide as one of the oldest and most
refined carpet traditions. With their complex patterns, symbolic motifs, and meticulous compositions, they represent a craft that has been passed down for centuries.
Symbolism in every motif
Many Persian patterns contain symbolic elements, from floral motifs
to medallions, which originally carried a specific meaning within
the region or family from which the rug originated. This depth is still
palpable in the final result.
An investment in tradition
A Persian rug is a choice for those who value heritage and
craftsmanship, and want an interior that goes beyond a temporary trend.
Are you unsure which Persian rug best suits your interior? Our
interior specialists are happy to assist you, in our showroom in Maastricht
or through a personal consultation.
