Koreman Maastricht originated from a passion for timeless design and age-old craftsmanship. With over 60 years of experience, our family business has grown into a trusted name among interior architects, stylists, and design enthusiasts throughout Europe.
How it started
A family tradition of over 60 years
Koreman once started as a small carpet shop in the heart of Maastricht, run by enthusiastic people with a great eye for quality and a passion for beautiful interiors. From day one, personal advice was central: not the quickest sale, but the right carpet for the right space.
What started with a handful of carpets in a Maastricht shop grew over the years into Koreman Exclusive Carpets. Along the way, a special bond developed with a family of master weavers in India, and that collaboration grew into our own weaving studio. Where traditional techniques, passed down from father to son for generations, bring our designs to life.
Koreman has now existed for more than 60 years and our showroom in the center of Maastricht has grown into a fixture for interior architects, stylists, and private individuals with a love for timeless design. But what drives us is still the same as when we started: craftsmanship, honest materials, and genuine attention to every customer. The shop, the people, and the love for the craft have remained the same. Only the story has grown bigger.
